The continuous work within the association like organizational work, expert discussion and information exchange is organized in the following bodies:

• Board
• Administration
• Regional groups [RG] for the exchange of expertise and experience locally, for the support of the members, for informing those interested in mediation
• Specialist Groups [FG] for the further development of various areas of mediation
• Project groups [PG] for processing time-limited tasks
• Working groups [WG] for the processing of interdisciplinary, permanent tasks
